| How to use the Demo |
There are two basic concepts implemented in Webswell financeConnect:- Using ebXML/AS2 for secure and reliable transfer of FpML documents (Messaging concept)
- Using Registry/Repository for archiving and pre-processing of FpML data (Data Management concept)
FinanceConnect demo demonstrates both concepts. While demonstration of the Messaging concept requires certain software components to be installed and configured on visitor's side (ebXML or AS2 messaging system with appropriate CPA), the Data Management concept can be demonstrated using this web-based user interface without any additional software required. Please have a look at Figure 1. showing the principle of financeConnect demo operation. Please note that Messaging concept is omitted (Step 1) and the scenario starts with uploading FpML document to the Registry/Repository manually (Step 2) thus simulating the operation of Webswell Dispatcher. If you wish to check out the Messaging concept as well, please contact us at support@webswell.com so that we can conduct full messaging cycle with you.
